As autumn arrives, I’m worried that my body will feel the cold. I know something is different with me. I don’t know why, but my body has suddenly started to get cold easily. I used to be a person who was very warm and felt the heat a lot. I was used to sweating profusely even in the middle of summer and had to shower frequently every day. I couldn’t sleep comfortably unless I showered at least once in the morning and once before bed. I’m a bit older now, so it’s not as bad, but when I was a young man, my body was so warm that I had to shower several times a day. But now, my body is cold. I get a chill easily even from air conditioning, and at night, I have to cover myself with several blankets. I don’t know why I feel cold. It’s already autumn, a good and beautiful season, but sometimes I worry with an anxious heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
